I can imagine it feels pretty good to have a song written about you — unless of course it's an angry breakup anthem. Some of the best love songs (and antilove songs) have true stories behind them, so in honor of the Grammy Awards this weekend, can you guess who these songs are rumored to be written about?

Like many of you, I was totally working out to "Telephone" by Lady Gaga and Beyonce last year. Actually, I was working out to everything Lady Gaga — I can't even tell you how many times "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance" motivated me to push through an extra 10 minutes at the gym. And just like the rest of her "little monsters," I was so excited to finally see the video for "Telephone" this week — it has everything you'd expect from Gaga and more, including some seriously buff women lifting weights.

It was one of my favorite albums of 2006, and I'm still listening to Cat Power's The Greatest well into 2007. But I'm really looking forward to the new album of covers that Cat Power (aka Chan Marshall) is releasing in January, as a companion to her 2000 covers project, The Covers Record.
Dubbed Jukebox, Marshall's upcoming album will feature her bluesy and romantically disaffected takes on classic songs by Joni Mitchell, Janis Joplin, Hank Williams, and Frank Sinatra.

Many of you are probably thinking, "The Magic Who?" But bear with me here — particularly if you love Belle & Sebastian, Rilo Kiley, or any other infectious pop band that balances bouncy bass lines with loaded boy-girl harmonies.
Comprised of two pairs of siblings, The Magic Numbers are often compared to the Mamas and the Papas, if the famous folk outfit had been British and a bit more brooding.

I first became an admirer of Charlotte Gainsbourg as an actress, after her subtly naive performance in the 1996 film adaptation of Jane Eyre (which I love, by the way). But it's no surprise that the actress is now turning to music: She is, after all, the spawn of legendary French singer/eccentric Serge Gainsbourg, with whom she recorded her first album, Charlotte For Ever, at the age of 13.
Now, Gainsbourg the singer is all grown-up, and her first adult solo album, 5:55, was just released in the U.S.

geeksugar.comAfter Lady Gaga released her tech-centric "Telephone" video, I couldn't help but rack my brain about other songs that include references to modern-day geek and tech culture. There are plenty of tunes out there, but I couldn't list them all. Narrowing it down to 10 geeky songs that got some major radio play in the past few years was tough, but it had to be done!
